Located in East Austin, 1006 Sedgefield is a ground-up residential development completed in 2022. This infill project features a modern single-family home designed to complement the surrounding neighborhood fabric while delivering efficient use of a compact urban lot. Our team managed entitlement, design coordination, and construction oversight.
500 Greer St
500 Greer St is a two-unit residential development situated in South Austin. Delivered in 2023, the project reflects our commitment to context-sensitive infill housing. From site acquisition through final inspections, we led the full development cycle, focusing on livable design, streamlined permitting, and quality construction execution.
Commercial Projects
​Frito Lay Manufacturing Plant Expansion, Irving, TX
We oversaw the expansion and upgrade of facility systems, including boilers and chillers, and managed the construction of a new production facility. Project value: $30M. Role: Project Management Consultant – led project management and implementation efforts.
Old School Redevelopment
We provided project management and forensic engineering services for a $10M, 50-unit senior living facility development. Our role involved managing the construction process and addressing technical issues to ensure the project was delivered turnkey.
Marriott Hotel Development, Indiana
Played a key role in a 130-room, $35M hotel development, focusing on risk mitigation and value engineering throughout the infrastructure planning and development phases.
Intel Fab Lab Construction, Albuquerque, NM
Led the $3.5B project’s site preparation and planning phases, overseeing earthwork and ensuring all groundwork was properly executed to support the construction of multiple buildings. Managed key aspects of project planning and construction management to ensure the project stayed on track.
