Housing Development

Mission

We aim to use real estate development and investment to support economically disadvantaged and underserved communities. Our goal is to create sustainable, affordable, and inclusive real estate projects that promote economic growth and social equity.

Through investing in the renovation and restoration of existing housing stock, developing affordable housing initiatives, supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs, and creating mixed-use properties, we strive to create safe, accessible, and thriving neighborhoods that offer a high quality of life for all residents. We are committed to working closely with community members, organizations, and local businesses to ensure that our work reflects the unique needs and values of each community we serve.

Goals

  • Increase access to affordable housing: Develop and invest in affordable housing initiatives in low-income communities, providing safe and secure housing options for families and individuals.

  • Improve housing quality: Invest in the renovation and restoration of existing housing stock in underserved areas to improve the quality of life for residents.

  • Build community facilities: Develop community facilities, such as community centers, libraries, and parks, to provide safe and accessible spaces for residents to gather, learn, and play.

  • Promote walkability and accessibility: Invest in the development of walkable and accessible neighborhoods, with improved transportation options and infrastructure, to increase access to jobs, education, and services.

  • Support mixed-use development: Promote mixed-use development in underserved areas, with a focus on providing retail, dining, and other amenities that support local businesses and attract investment.

  • Develop affordable commercial space: Invest in the development of affordable commercial space in low-income communities, providing opportunities for local entrepreneurs and small business owners.

  • Encourage community participation in development: Work with community members and organizations to encourage participation in the planning and development process, ensuring that projects reflect the needs and desires of the community.
